Train to Teach and Early Career Teachers Open Event - 20th November 2025

Are you interested in teaching? Or are you already training to teach and curious about the next steps of your early teaching career? 

Come and meet our Teaching School Hub team on Thursday 20th November 2025.

The Hub is hosting an open event between 16.30pm and 18.30pm at our Royds Hall secondary academy. The team will be on hand to:

• Chat with you about your interest in training to teach and our initial teacher training programme. 
• Introduce you to current and past trainees, and SHARE MAT staff, who will share their experience of training and teaching with you. 
• Guide you through what happens after qualifying as a teacher - the early career stage. Find out more about the Early Career Teacher Entitlement (ECTE), your statutory entitlements and how the Hub can support you over this two period. 
• Explore available early career teaching opportunities with SHARE Multi Academy Trust.
