We are committed to working positively with parents and carers and resolving concerns as quickly and fairly as possible. Most concerns can be addressed informally by speaking with the appropriate member of staff at your child's school. If you still have concerns, or if the matter is more serious, you can write to us with a formal complaint.

Complaints About the Trust Board or CEO
Complaints relating to the Trust Board should be addressed to the Trust Members. Complaints relating to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) should be addressed to the Chair of the Trust Board and sent via the Governance Professional: Email: jayne.newson@sharemat.co.uk.
